Innovator Program
The goal of our Innovator Program is to support the continued advancement of offshore wind in New York and across the U.S. by accelerating impactful and scalable innovations. With this 2026 Call for Innovators, we are especially seeking technologies that can maximize the performance and value of existing and near-term projects.
Applications are due on July 27, 2026, at noon, 12pm EST.

Our 8-month program is industry-specific, which enables us to comprehensively assist our innovators with understanding their market fit, technology adaptation needs, obtaining product feedback, value proposition validation, data insight access, and testing opportunities.
Companies that engage now have the opportunity to shape how offshore wind projects are built and operated in the U.S., establish early customer relationships, and position themselves as critical partners in offshore wind and adjacent industries.
Community Program
The Offshore Wind Innovation Hub Community
We are leveraging the space of the Offshore Wind Innovation Hub to build New York City’s community of offshore wind stakeholders. Hub Community members become part of the growing and empowering offshore wind industry ecosystem, where coworking and collective activities provide a framework for collaboration and knowledge sharing. This is a unique opportunity to engage with your peers, and together we will strengthen entrepreneurial opportunities of both global industry-leading startups and the local community.
Entities interested in becoming Hub Community members may express their interest year-round. Applicants will be evaluated on their ability to be a contributor to the ecosystem, and coherence with the Offshore Wind Innovation Hub mission.
